Frequently Asked Questions
What happens after my free online orders run out?
You simply pay $0.10 per additional online order. No percentage cuts, no surprise fees. Your offline/in-store sales are always unlimited.
Can I try before committing?
Basic plan offers a free refund within the first month. Pro and Premium plans offer free refunds within the first 3 months.
Do I need special hardware?
No! You can use your existing tablet or phone. We also offer optional POS hardware (terminals, receipt printers, thermal paper) if you want a dedicated setup.
How does the online store work?
On Pro or Premium, activate your online store with one click. Your products, prices, and inventory sync automatically from your POS. Customers order online, you fulfill from your shop.
What if I want a custom website?
Premium plan supports custom domains. For fully customized store designs, our team can build it for you starting at $500.
Is there a refund fee?
If we provided on-site setup and data entry support, a $50 service fee applies on refund. App-only installations have no refund fee.
